Residence es Castellot is run by esment, a foundation that has worked for the last 50 years attending directly to people, their quality of life and social services.

Residencia es Castellot is made up of several blocks of modern apartments plus a central, Mallorcan-style house. It’s surrounded by landscaped areas and gardens and has views of the sea (the Santa Ponça coastline).
It offers a selection of apartments with sea views, measuring 40 to 86m2, fully equipped and also completed adapted to special mobility requirements and other needs that may arise over time. At Es Castellot we have 24/7 medical and nursing care with a psychological/social support team.
Everything is designed to ensure the comfort of senior citizens and our facilities are therefore highly practical but also very welcoming. The complex is spacious, with a lot of light and large gardens. The fact that it’s close to the sea also means it has impressive views at any time of the day, providing the ideal setting for rest and relaxation.
We offer a wide range of apartments of different sizes and locations, tastefully decorated and with all the comforts that are essential for a good quality of life.

The Es Castellot Residence is registered in the Majorcan Social Services Central Register with the number 90/15. Although it may seem to be an ordinary apartment community it is a place where services are given, to the necessary extent, to people in need.
Es Castellot is committed to being different, representing a new concept in residential living. Above all we want it to be a place where people feel at home, with single and double apartments, giving people their independence and autonomy; totally accessible, adapted to any need and available both furnished and unfurnished. There are maintenance, laundry and cleaning services as well as other recreational and health-related services. Small pets are allowed.
A place to feel safe and sound. Our professionals monitor everyone personally, with a comprehensive but friendly approach. The apartments have alarms connected all day to the switchboard and with our 24/7 medical and nursing services. If necessary, our team of professionals can also manage residents’ medication.
